Terms & Conditions

Effective date

14 July 2026

We are honored to help you plan one of life's most meaningful journeys. These Client Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the services we provide, our responsibilities, and yours. By engaging Bisalta Travel, submitting an inquiry, purchasing one of our concierge packages, or asking us to arrange travel on your behalf, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Bisalta Travel is a U.S.-based travel concierge specializing in destination weddings, honeymoon travel, milestone celebrations, and bespoke travel experiences.

We provide professional travel planning, concierge services, destination expertise, guest travel coordination, and introductions to trusted travel and hospitality partners.

Bisalta Travel is not a tour operator, hotel, airline, transportation provider, or wedding planner.

2. Our Services

Depending on the package or service selected, we may provide:

  • Travel consultations

  • Destination research

  • Venue recommendations

  • Hotel and accommodation sourcing

  • Guest travel coordination

  • Itinerary design

  • Travel logistics

  • Concierge planning

  • Supplier introductions

  • Destination expertise

Our recommendations are based on our professional experience and information available at the time they are made.

Because every client is unique, services may vary depending on the package purchased.

3. Destination Wedding Services

Bisalta Travel provides travel concierge services only.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide wedding planning services, including but not limited to:

  • Ceremony coordination

  • Vendor management

  • Floral design

  • Photography

  • Entertainment

  • Catering

  • Décor

  • Marriage licensing or legal requirements

We may introduce clients to trusted third-party wedding professionals; however, all agreements with those professionals are made directly between the client and the vendor.

4. Third-Party Suppliers

Bisalta Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

Hotels, airlines, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, wedding venues, insurance providers, tour operators, and other travel providers operate independently from Bisalta Travel.

All reservations are subject to each supplier's own terms, conditions, policies, and availability.

Whenever possible, payments for travel reservations are made directly to the supplier.

Bisalta Travel is not responsible for:

  • Supplier errors

  • Schedule changes

  • Flight cancellations

  • Hotel overbookings

  • Service interruptions

  • Supplier bankruptcy

  • Lost baggage

  • Transportation delays

  • Vendor performance

  • Any act or omission of third-party suppliers.

5. Concierge Packages

Our concierge packages are customized professional services created specifically for each client.

Because planning begins immediately after engagement, our work includes research, consultations, destination expertise, supplier communication, and the preparation of personalized recommendations.

These services are intellectual and professional in nature and are not contingent upon a client ultimately traveling or booking with a supplier.

6. Fees, Deposits & Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any Bisalta Travel concierge package.

The remaining balance is due no later than twenty (20) days before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be divided into up to three installments.

Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Because concierge services involve professional time, research, planning, and customized recommendations, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

If travel reservations are cancelled, supplier cancellation penalties and refund policies will apply separately from Bisalta Travel's service fees.

If a client requests substantial changes after work has commenced, additional fees may apply.

8. Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Entry permits

  • Vaccination records

  • Health documentation

  • Any other documentation required by destination countries or suppliers.

Bisalta Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Travel insurance may provide protection for cancellations, medical emergencies, interruptions, baggage loss, supplier insolvency, and other unforeseen events.

If a client chooses not to purchase travel insurance, they accept all financial risks associated with that decision.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.

  • Review all travel documents promptly.

  • Notify us immediately of any errors.

  • Meet payment deadlines.

  • Comply with supplier policies.

  • Follow all applicable laws while traveling.

  • Treat suppliers, hospitality staff, and fellow travelers respectfully.

11. Force Majeure

Bisalta Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Pandemics

  • Government actions

  • Civil unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supplier insolvency

  • Utility failures

  • Public health emergencies

  • Any other force majeure event.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bisalta Travel's liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Bisalta Travel for the specific concierge services giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Bisalta Travel be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost enjoyment, emotional distress, lost business opportunities, or additional travel expenses.

13. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, destination guides, planning documents, recommendations, written reports, and other materials prepared by Bisalta Travel remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

These materials are provided solely for the client's personal use and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

14. Electronic Communications

Clients agree that Bisalta Travel may communicate through email, telephone, Zoom, WhatsApp, or other mutually agreed electronic methods.

Electronic acceptance of proposals, invoices, or agreements shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
